Note: You Are Responsible for booking your RV rental space that we deliver to. If we deliver a trailer and you have not booked a space you will be charged the deposit and the day’s rental. This causes us and you to lose the week’s rental. Please plan ahead…

All parks and Beaches have their own check-in and check-out times. Please check with them when booking your space. We are unable to deliver to the campsite until the park allows for check-ins.

Coastal Camping Rentals accepts all major credit cards. Personal checks are accepted but must be received 15 days prior to the reservation date. $35.00 NSF fee, for personal or company checks returned.

  • No Smoking – All of our units are non-smoking. No fuel containers inside of trailers. If an RV/trailer is returned smelling of smoke $300.00 will be assessed for removal of the odor.
  • Due to awnings being broken, due to wind, and the high cost of repair, we no longer allow awnings on campers to be used. This will help you avoid losing your deposit to broken awnings. We look forward to providing a great experience from start to finish.  
  • All of our units are pet-friendly. If you rent a unit please let us know you are bringing your furry friend. If you bring your pets without letting us know, and we find traces of any kind. Your credit card on file or from your $500 deposit a $100 pet fee will be charged or deducted.
  • $65 non-refundable pet fee,  is retained for hair & dander and/or damage. Therefore, whether you bring the pet or not, once booked indicating a pet will be camping, $65.00 will be charged.

  • Take your outdoor experience to the next level with our Adventure Package, featuring the “starter kit” with added amenities like 4 outdoor chairs, a portable grill, and a canopy for enhanced comfort and convenience.

Explorer’s Bundle: 

$199

  • Our Explorer’s Bundle has everything you need for a memorable adventure! The Explorer’s Bundle includes a 6” portable table, a portable cooler, a bundle of firewood, and supplies to fuel your exploration.

  • Rental Fee: We offer daily, weekend, weekly & monthly availability. Request a quote for immediate service.
  • Deliver, set up, walk thru, & pick up – flat $199.00 up to 30 miles. Exceeding per mile is $3 a mile 
  • Security Deposit: This is a flat $500 and is refundable if terms are followed.

Insurance Binder: All rentals must be covered under insurance. This is for any damage over your $500 security deposit. We recommend for complete peace of mind, select the insurance offered to you when you book. Otherwise, you will need to obtain a full coverage insurance binder from your insurance company.

Optional but highly recommended: Roadside Assistance. For as little as $15 a day, you can be completely covered for any lockout, tire change, or roadside assistance needed.
